And full-length it is: The Golden Ravedays is an epic album of 24 tracks stretching over 12 respective chapter albums, released on Hippie Dance sequentially during a one-year period. The 11th edition of The Golden Ravedays brings another two tracks to the saga. Side A brings "Brothers". With two decades of spinning experience in discos, nightclubs, festival arenas, shady after-party zones, and intimate studio soirees, there is no doubt that Superpitcher is seasoned in throwing a damn good party. "Brothers" is party personified and a celebration of the night and the wise owls that respect it's magical rituals. My M.D. told me to use this daily. It tastes a bit like "Tang" but that's fine. The fiber is good for regular bowel movements, but it also gives you a feeling of fullness which is helpful in reducing hunger sensations. So, it can help with weight loss. Be sure you get the sugar-free.

Does the job

Love the taste and great for digestive system. They recommend doing a 14 day challenge so tried it was presently surprised with bloating, regularity and glad to be getting needed fiber. Also had elevated cholesterol so hoping this helps as well.
