To all customers: Please ensure you are happy with the fitment of the grille displayed in the photos before purchasing. Bumper removal is required for fitting the V2 grilles.
We manufacture and fit each of these grilles with our V2 fitting kit, which is 3D printed from ABS plastic, with a brass threaded insert. Each grille has 6 fitment tabs, two at the bottom and 4 at the top - this is sufficient to hold the grille in place. The V2 Fitting kit is glued to the back of the epoxy with automotive grade hot melt glue. We have found this glue to be sufficient in terms of adhesion, yet flexible enough to prevent road vibrations from breaking the tabs off. Care must be taken when tightening the screws, as too much force could twist out the insert, or break the tab. Finger tight is usually enough. C30Mods recommends professional fitment.
