Abana’s harvest can be traced to specific varieties and there are many unique and wild coffees included. These beans are hand sorted multiple times and processed immaculately. Limmu is a coffee region in Southwestern Ethiopia that produces coffees with distinct flavors that are intense, complex and highly aromatic.
Abana translates to "our fathers" (Arabic). The estate values the deep roots and rich heritage of the arabica coffee that traces its roots to the heart of Ethiopia.
They believe that working to produce the best specialty coffee is as fundamentally important as the positive impact they make in the community.
Abana has committed to:
- Demonstrating sustainable business practices by paying fair wages and respecting all partners. At the end of each season, all full-time laborers receive an additional 1 month's worth of wages as a bonus and Abana pays for continued education.
- Implementing coffee education and training on picking, sorting, and different processing methods to improve quality. Focusing on the environment by utilizing water efficient machinery and preserving the beautiful forest in which they work
- Carrying out impactful social programs including facilitating medical projects and investing in infrastructure. Two examples of this include free cataract surgery and dental procedures.

They worked
I got these for my elbows because I think I might have eczema on my elbow. They work very well. However I do wish they were a little looser. As far as putting them on your heels, the fit works well.

Good Results
I have always struggled with dry, cracked heels, but I’ve finally found a solution that keeps them consistently hydrated: these special socks with a moisturizing silicone lining on the heels. My heels now feel incredibly soft, but it’s important to note that consistency is key.
Wearing these socks every night before bed has made a significant difference. It’s not enough to just wear them once and expect results; you have to be diligent and make it a part of your nightly routine. After a few weeks of nightly use, my heels are much softer and no longer cracked.
What I love about these socks is how easy they are to use. Just slip them on before going to sleep, and the silicone lining does its magic overnight. By morning, my heels feel smooth and well-moisturized.
For anyone struggling with dry heels, I highly recommend these socks. Remember, the secret is consistency. Stick with it, and you’ll see the difference!

So comfortable!
These work great and very comfortable. I put these on with heel moisturizer cream at bed time. Heels were improved overnight. They are washable too!

Just aren’t large enough.
This is a great idea, and I can wear socks over them and not notice they are there. I just wish they came in a larger size. When I put cream around the edges of my heels where the cracks always are, I cannot stretch the socks wide enough to clear the heel without smearing the cream onto my fingers or on the sock cuff. They do stay in place and aren't squishy at all when walking. They smell good too. The price is right. I wore them overnight and my heels were indeed much softer and smoother than before, and felt moist (tacky) where the cream had been. So they do an amazing job, but after using them six nights, they just aren’t large enough for me to put on without a hassle.
