Designed for both recording and live performances, the Suhr Badger series has been a favorite among players, artists, and producers since its inception. With its elegant and refined appearance, the Badger 18 represents the next evolution of this iconic amplifier.
Featuring a newly designed preamp section with a high-voltage cascaded MOSFET Boost, the Badger 18 offers a wide range of cleaner and overdriven tones with increased dynamic range, transparency, and tactile responsiveness. Its single channel design dynamically interacts with your guitar's volume control, responding to your playing style with cathode biased power section for dynamic, spongey tones.
The Power Scaling feature emulates the tonal response of a high-wattage amp at manageable volumes, while the Drive control ensures you never lose tone and feel as you scale down to 1 watt. The flexible control layout includes Gain, Bass, Middle, and Treble tone controls, along with a buffered all-tube effects loop for seamless integration of pedals or rack gear.
