As each compartment has a refractory stone floor, the 50/2 allows you to cook pizzas either in traditional deep-dish pizza pans or straight on the stone - perfect for crispy, thin pizzas. And thanks to independent controls for each compartment, you can also cook other dishes in the oven, such as pies and flat breads, further expanding the versatility of the Little Italy Midi Oven.
