ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ Toyota Hilux suspension systems have been designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. The varying uses of this vehicle worldwide were acknowledged and catered to in ICON’s research and development process. The Hilux Stage 1 system provides a baseline level of performance that will drastically improve on and off-road vehicle ride characteristics. ICON's Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks feature a internal reservoir for exceptional cooling properties, and ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” throughout the range of travel. These 2.5" coilovers are height adjustable from 0-3” allowing you to level the Hilux front to back, and install a larger tire when desired. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube rear shocks balance performance of the truck front to rear for a great all-around feel on any terrain. ICON has taken into account the stiffer chassis of the Hilux, realizing a much more robust overall shock tune was required for sufficient damping ability across varying terrains and differing vehicle payloads. Asurion worked as intended.
After three years, my monitor failed. Asurion paid to send it to a repair center. I didn't save the box the monitor came in, and paid $23 to have it packaged up. They kept me informed of the various steps, such as en route, arrived, testing, and repair started. They discovered it could not economically be repaired and refunded my purchase price. The entire process from me telling them it was broken until the refund took 5 days. I am well satisfied with the service.

Simple and not Drama claim process.
’ve had Asurion coverage for a couple of years and never needed to use it until recently, when my pool salt cell (less than two years old) stopped working. I had purchased it with an Asurion protection plan, so I contacted them to start a claim.
The process was simple and straightforward to follow. In the end, they honored the plan and covered the cost of my salt cell based on the value when I originally bought it. They issued me a gift card that I could use on Amazon for that amount.
While prices have gone up and a new cell now costs about $200 more, it was still definitely worth having the coverage. Overall, I’m satisfied with how the claim was handled.

Love this protection plan
Quick and easy. My daughter's cracked her screen on her phone, as soon as it happened I went on the app, filed the claim. Ten minutes later I received the email with the shipping lable. The following day I dropped the phone off at ups and 4 hours later I received the digital gift card. Ive filed several claims since getting the protection plan and with four kids its definitelysomething im glad to have especially since i dont have to buy a protectionplan for each item now. I have filed claims for electric scooter the stoped working for no reason, my son's phone stopped charging, my oldest daughter cracked her phone screen, my son's video game controllers up and died and each time it was quick and easy and no fuss
