The pinnacle of Windsor chairmaking, ercol's Chairmaker's Chair is a demonstration of skill and craftsmanship. Four spindles separated by a double bow, and a curved arched back contribute to a supportive sit. Two upward-turned armrests supported by three spindles adjoining a solid sculptured seat provide additional comfort.

Dimensions: 23.6"w | 24.8"d | 43.7"h | 16.5"h seat

Construction:

  • Solid ash with a matte lacquer or paint finish.
  • Features a Windsor wedge joint, where the leg of the chair goes right through the seat. A wedge is then inserted into a cut in the leg, forming a remarkably strong joint. Sanded off flush with the seat, the joint then provides a beautiful design element.

Natural tan /no orangy hands!
Mine came with the lotion, applicator mitt, and a facial can mist. I haven't used the facial mist yet but here are my observations for the lotion: PROS - finish color looked very natural. Not orange at all. - no streaks / dark patches / missed spots (of course this has to do with the application as much as the product) - can build darker tan with multiple applications - did not transfer onto my clothing - the "self-tan lotion"scent was present but not terrible CONS - slight self tanner smell - made my scars look darker (not a product defect, my scars get darker from the sun too. Just mentioning in case someone has severe scarring /discoloration/ vitiligo to be mindful. First application I would say do full body. And maybe afterward learn to work around your darker skin spots. I didn't use the mitt for application, but it's nice and soft and comfortable. I used disposable cheapy medical gloves because I felt like I may not get good enough control and might leave streaks with the mitt. (With practice though, I will definitely use it because it feels nice and soft.)
