About this item
PURE GHEE SOURCED FROM THARPARKAR COWS: Our A2 Desi Cow Ghee is procured from the milk of the Tharparkar cows - a cow breed from Thar Desert of India. These cows are grass-fed and are not factory-farmed, they are free from cross-breeding, which gives our Ghee its special, natural qualities
100% AYURVEDIC BILONA METHOD: We employ a traditional 3000-year-old Vedic Bilona Method (hand-churned) to craft our A2 ghee. The process involves boiling raw, unprocessed cow milk and then converting it to curd in a clay pot. Furthermore, the curd is hand-churned (from the boiled milk) to help retain the nutrients. The final step is separating the butter to form the ghee
SUN COOKED INDIAN DAMASK ROSE: Our Organic, Ayurvedic Gulkand is made from fresh pink rose from the hills of Pushkar, Rajasthan. We sun cook these roses along with natural sugar candy. This traditional Ayurvedic process of making our rose petal jam helps retain the natural aroma, taste and nutritional benefit of the roses.
ACTS AS A DIGESTIVE: Gulkand is an ancient Indian digestive tonic as it helps improve appetite and helps correct digestive troubles. Gulkand may help reduce acidity. It helps improve the health of the gut flora and strengthen the intestines. Gulkand is rich in antioxidants, hence it could be beneficial with ulcers. You may mix it in milk and consume it as a rose sherbet or simply have it by itself. You can also add gulkand to your sweets like cupcakes or barfi to give them a unique, rosy flavour
