The Numen Ultra is automatically kept fully charged by it’s smart charger, which knows when to trickle charge, when to deep charge and when not to charge. The smart charger even locks your torch in, so if you roll your vehicle the torch will be still located in the charger.

Light Output and Beam Pattern
The reflector head of the Numen Ultra DC provides a good 150 metre beam with a nice mix of spot surrounded by flood. As well as the high beam there is a medium and low beam, also strobe which is great for emergencies.

TTT and Construction
The Numen Ultra Dc, like many Wolf Eyes torches is built around the TTT Thermal Transfer Tube, a brass liner whose job it is to wick damaging heat away from the LED and radiate it out from the body. This ensures a long service life, because if the LED overheats even once it can be permanently damaged and suffer reduced output for the rest of its life. Around the brass TTT is wrapped an aircraft aluminium body which creates a body structure stronger than either material by itself. The whole body is then low temperature (-20o C) Hard Anodized in tactical black.

Regulation
No one likes a torch to go dim on them, at Wolf Eyes we don’t either. That is why all our torches are regulated, meaning we have an electronic regulation unit inside the torch which increases the amperage as the voltage decreases as the battery flattens – thereby supplying an even and constant current to the torches LED.

Rechargeable Batteries
The Numen Ultra uses the ubiquitous Wolf Eyes High Discharge lithium ion battery as used in many of our other Ultra torches and. This battery is protected for your safety, which means that is has a computer chip inside which controls charging and discharging, but most importantly over discharging.

Cold Weather

Upgradeable
The LED in your Numen Ultra DC torch is removable and can be upgraded when newer models of LEDs are released.

Waterproof
The Wolf Eyes Numen Ultra flashlight is waterproof to 1 metre.
