Story of Laura Ingalls WilderBy: Megan Stine Illustrator: Marcy Ramsey When Laura Ingalls Wilder was a little girl in the late 1800's, her family moved nine times in three years. By: Megan Stine | Illustrator: Marcy RamseyWhen Laura Ingalls Wilder was a little girl in the late 1800's, her family moved nine times in three years. The Wilders faced great hardships on the prairie. The crops they planted were destroyed by grasshoppers. Brutal snowstorms brought them close to starvation. But for Laura, who was born with her father's pioneer spirit, home wasn't a house--it was being with Ma, Pa, Mary, and baby Carrie. At the age of 65 she put pen to paper and wrote about memories. Through hard work and the help of her daughter, Rose, she became a successful author. The wonderful books she left behind tell the story of a rich life in the face of good times and bad.

Cute toy that definitely entertains the pups.
These are adorable toys. They make a bit more noise than I expected as they have the crackly ‘stuff’ in the legs. My mastiff made it a whole day without destroying it. This is the first toy that’s survived him for more than 10 minutes, so that’s an endorsement even if it sounds bad. They are a great price for the size. If I were to say I have a wish for them, it’s that the material that makes up their belly was more durable.

Durability Not So Good
The size is great and having squeakers in all tentacles is super for the puppy but had to sew a seam withing one week of having it. Hoping the rest stays together.

Long lasting and fun
This toy has lasted longer than other octopus toys I've bought in the past. Even if a leg or two is ripped off, it still holds on.

Awesome product, but NOT sturdy
My dog LOVED this product, but unfortunately the head came off in less than a week.

Glad this toy is back
Large soft dog toy. I have been trying to buy this item for years. It apparently was discontinued, but it finally has been replaced with an even better, more durable product.
I have two large chocolate labs and they have yet to gut it. It is reasonable durable, but I suppose a determined dog could eventually rip into it. I will definitely again.
Large grunting noise maker in the body, and small squeakers in the arms.
