The SoundTube XT850-SUB is a premium outdoor subwoofer for installations requiring high-performance sound in a durable, in-ground speaker design. Not only is it UV resistant, scratch resistant, chlorine resistant, and weather resistant with professional-grade components for long-lasting performance and durability, the XT850-SUB is designed to deliver maximum low frequency response and high SPL using the special SuperTª transformer that handles low subwoofer frequencies with very low losses. The speakers sealed, in-ground enclosure design delivers true low end response and optimal of axis performance. The XT850-SUB includes theft resistant mounting hardware and a weatherproof 2-position tap switch for 25/70.7/100 Volt applications with transformer bypass position. IP-Rating is IP55.
