Sparco Seat Bases utilize the factory seat mounts on your vehicle's floor and provide a flat surface for mounting your Sparco seat. All seat bases are vehicle specific and provide a 100% bolt-in installation.

The 600 Series Sparco seat base is constructed with 3/16" thick steel to provide a strong flex-free mount. In addition to the mouting holes provided for standard bolt-on installation, the Sparco base has a wide metal platform to allow custom mounting of side mounts direct to the base (drilling required). This direct installation is an option for race vehicles where the lowest seat position is desired. The base is powder coated in a black wrinkle finish. 

In order to properly install a Sparco seat in your vehicle, you will need one (1) of each of the following, per seat:

Bottom Mount Seat (Street Series Seats)

  • Seat Base (600 series)
  • Track Set (#00493)*
  • Bottom Mount Hardware Kit (#50001)
Side Mount Seat (Competition Series Seats)
  • Seat Base (600 series)
  • Track Set (#00493)*
  • Side Mount (steel #004902, or aluminum #600W)**
  • Side Mount Hardware Kit (#50002)

*The Track Set allows for forward and backward adjustment of the seat

**Side mounts are not required on seat base applications that are marked "*SIDE MOUNT ONLY" and cannot be used with the Track Set Slider**

At first glance I'm sure most people might think this kitchen accessory is kind of silly; a caddy for your sponge and dish soap? The little dowel allows it to dry very quickly. The holder can be configured in a few different ways to accommodate your cleaning items. I like that it's wide enough to comfortably hold the large bottle of dishwashing soap I buy and it's the perfect width for Sponge Mommy/Daddy sponges. I've had it less than a week and haven't had to wash it yet, but it seems like it will hold up well in the dishwasher and won't rust. Since I don't have any sponges on a handle, I may use the removable compartment for those (that you can see on the left in my photo) for other kitchen tools.

We had one of those suction cup sponge holders, but if you have tile that is not completely smooth, it falls down. This does not have that issue because it just sits on the counter or if you have a large sink lip, on there. Being able to move them around is great because then you can adjust it for your own soap dispensers, etc to fit your space. I like that it comes in a ton of colors. The tray on the bottom is silicon and removable which is great. I wish I had bought this thing years ago because it's great.
