Youth footballs have an average weight of 12.5 ounces, with a roughly 26.25 inch long circumference and a roughly 19.25 inch short circumference.These footballs are slightly smaller than the high school/college size, which allows younger players to get a better grip when holding the ball. As a result, our youth footballs are used by youth programs nationwide.
