By: Julie E. Czerneda | Series: Web Shifter's LibraryThe second book in the Web Shifter's Library series returns to the adventures of Esen, a shapeshifting alien who must navigate the perils of a hostile universe.
Relationships get complicated when you don’t know who—or what—you really are. Esen must find a way to rescue a hapless group of chimeras, beings who are a new and unique blend of species she knows, when she can’t become one herself. When Evan Gooseberry tries to help, he is shattered to learn he himself isn’t entirely Human and begins to suspect his new friend Esen isn’t what she seems.
Complicating matters, a mysterious contagion has killed the crew of the ship that brought the chimeras—and Evan—to Botharis. Everyone’s been quarantined inside the All Species’ Library of Linguistics and Culture, including over a hundred disgruntled alien scholars.
The risks climb as Skalet and Lionel continue their quest to solve the disappearance of Paul’s mother’s ship, the Sidereal Pathfinder, only to find themselves caught in a tangle of loyalties as Skalet is betrayed by her own Kraal affiliates, who infiltrate the Library.
All of which would be quite enough for one Web-being’s day, but Paul Ragem hopes to rekindle the romance of his first love. A shame Esen hasn’t told him who’s hiding in their greenhouse.

I love it!
Color: Black/White/Silver-Tone
I have had this watch for 1.5 years now. I bought it for a trip to Venice, which operates on military time. It was hard to find a nice analog watch with military time...this one was the clear winner! I LOVE IT! It has always been super-dependable for correct time, and the little light makes it readable every time!! The band it comes with looks very nice, but it's really not a permanent band. I bought a silver expandable band on amazon, and I am super-happy with the combo. Do check it over for defects and have them replace it if anything's wrong (I did this initially because the light stopped working) but don't be afraid to try them again. They will take care of you.

Great little watch that I am. happy to recommend.
Color: Black/White/Silver-Tone
I kept searching for a good simple hardworking, easy-to-read watch and Amazon kept leading me to these no name nurses watches. Well they did not last. Finally I got smart and searched by putting Timex watch and found this little beauty. This watch is perfect. It's easy to read, it has a glow light so I can check it in the dark, seems to be waterproof, and it takes a licking and keeps on ticking. It even looks nice.

Strap fabric fraying around holes after 2 days. Could have been perfect with better strap fabric.
Color: Black/White/Silver-Tone
Exactly the kind of watch I’ve been looking for. For me, it would be the perfect watch. It looks great and is lightweight enough that I don’t notice it on my wrist. Except the watchband fabric seems rather cheap and is fraying around the holes after only 2 days of wearing it. I can’t see how it’s going to last even a year, and I’m unable to find a replacement strap in the correct width.

True to Description - Excellent Watch
I've had this watch for about a week and am extremely pleased with it. It's been over 20 years since I actually owned a watch,I just didn't need one until after I retired and began losing track of time (not such a bad thing.) I was relying on my iPhone but got tired of having to take it out to see the time.. So I broke down and purchased this Women's T2N837 watch with white nylon band. I love the colorful numbers which makes it a 'happy' watch. The second hand is wonderful, and it keeps great time. It's as quiet as can be and so comfortable that I forget it's even on my wrist. I have small wrists but the face is not overwhelming, in fact it's just right. There are plenty of holes in the band to adjust to my small wrist. The white nylon band is getting a little dingy just from normal wear, but I figure I can wash it with some soft detergent and scrub it if I need to with a toothbrush. If it becomes too much, I can always purchase a color band to replace it. I recommend it for anyone who is thinking about purchasing a reliable, comfortable and inexpensive watch.

Timex should be ashamed
Color: Black/White/Silver-Tone
Bought this for my wife because she likes my Timex Weekender, but the 38mm is to large for her. I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality on hers.
- the crown/stem is incredibly hard to pull out due to the lack of any lubrication on the setting lever or clutch wheel. You can feel it when pulling the crown to set the time, that is if you can even pull it out. It’s stuck in the watch and you have to pull with such force it will break the crown off or the stems internal components will wear prematurely.
- the seconds hand doesn’t hit the markers which honestly is not a huge deal on a watch this price. It’s hit or miss for watches of any brand in this price range.
- the hour hand is misaligned. This is a issue and not acceptable no matter the price of the watch, especially for Timex.
I’m not happy at all and quite disappointed. Timex should be ashamed to sell a watch leaving the factory like this.
