SP Concepts Lane Splitter Exhaust System for 2004-2013 Harley-Davidson Sportster with OEM mid controls; not compatible with forwards.

SP Concepts is known for these high-and-tight 2-into-1 Lane Splitter full exhaust systems developed for Harley-Davidson Sportster motorcycles. Like most 2-into-1 pipes, performance is key. SP systems promote exhaust velocity and do it by creating no-nonsense systems that exude beauty due to their straightforward design and unparalleled craftsmanship

  • Full stainless steel construction
  • TIG-welded
  • Header collars are machined of stainless steel
  • Hardware kit includes mount bracket, bolts, and speed nuts
  • Choose your finish
    • Black—satin black high temperature ceramic exhaust coating
    • Stainless—brushed and uncoated; will turn varying shades of gold with exposure to the heat of engine exhaust

The Lane Splitter system features a 4" rolled cone muffler with 2 1/4" coiled, perforated baffle for lots of torque. You'll also be getting maximum volume from this system that's often described as the "raspy" pipe in the SP lineup. The .065" stainless steel head pipes step up from 1 3/4" and enter the muffler through a 2" stepped section. The step promotes exhaust scavenging as the exhaust rapidly expands to fill the new volume created at each step. Lane Splitter is a solid choice for unmodified engines or engines with light bolt-on power-adders up to and including a 1200 kit. The Lane Splitter has SP's shortest exhaust overall length; there's lots of bark as a result.

SP Lane Splitters also have the added benefit of helping your machine shed weight when you remove your factory exhaust. And of course, the appearance is really a showstopper. People will stop to look at—and hear—your motorcycle.

This exhaust system does not have oxygen sensor ports. As such, the system is not compatible with motorcycles equipped with OEM fuel injection nor tuning setups (irrespective of induction method) that rely on lambda sensors placed in the exhaust stream. The mounting bracket and hardware are included. Exhaust spring clips are not included; they can be purchased separately.  Exhaust gaskets are not included and should be replaced every time an exhaust system is removed; they also can be purchased separately

The glow doesn’t last long, not super bright.
Style: Recharges, Size: Medium
I charge my glow in the dark balls with a black light flashlight, this one was not very bright, and it did not hold the charge very long. Also, with it being green, it was hard for my dog to find in the grass.

Good grip glow ball
Style: Recharges, Size: Medium
Love this glow in the dark Chuck IT. Get a black light flashlight to charge the neon instantly. Good texture gives the dog better grip than the smooth all white glow in the dark chuck it balls.

Our German Sheppard loves these
Size: Medium
These cost a bit more than tennis balls, but they are so much nicer and longer lasting. For starters, they stay cleaner than tennis balls because they’re smooth rubber. Dirt won’t build up on them and if anything does stick, like grass or soil, it falls off once the dog slobber dries. They’re also thick, so they don’t fall apart or blow out like a normal tennis ball does in our dog’s jaws after 30 seconds. Our GS chomps on these like crazy and the only damage they’ve suffered is a crack that developed from the edge of the hole, but the crack is growing very slowly and none of these balls have totally failed yet. The balls do whistle when thrown ant high speed and that may help a dog track and locate it, but I’m not sure. Our neighbors hear the whistling too so it’s far from silent. Lastly the orange ball is easy to locate out in our yard, but the dark blue practically disappears.
