It can either be used on its own or in combination with our "Twintercooler" kit. The intercooler uses a 650x400x50mm Bar and Plate core to full effect. We conducted testing on standard vehicles and those running larger turbos at 400hp. This uprated intercooler replaces the original front mounted intercooler. It can either be used on its own or in combination with our "Twintercooler" kit. The intercooler uses a 650x400x50mm Bar and Plate core to full effect. We conducted testing on standard vehicles and those running larger turbos at 400hp.

On the standard car the intercooler achieved +10hp, +29 ft/lbs and a reduction in the inlet temperature of over 20°C. Where this really comes into its own, is on tuned engines, where the gains are even more impressive. The inlet and outlet tubes are 63mm which means our twintercooler hoses will fit, with the bayonet coupler removed or for those installing without our twintercooler kit, we include our FMKT010 silicone hoses for an easy installation.

PLEASE NOTE: THE ORIGNAL O-RINGS/SEALS MUST BE RETAINED FOR USE ON THE FORGE HOSES

I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original soo…. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said no…. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesn’t sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.
