監修者
枡野俊明（Shunmyo Masuno）
出生於一九五三年。現任橫濱市鶴見區曹洞宗德雄山建功寺住持，同時也是庭園設計師、多摩美術大學環境設計學系教授。
大學畢業後，於曹洞宗大本山總持寺修行。歷任加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學特聘教授等職務，二○○一年起擔任建功寺住持。曾於康乃爾大學、多倫多大學、哈佛大學、北京大學等海外大學演講。他也是一位將庭園設計視為禪宗藝術的庭園設計師，曾榮獲多項大獎，包括藝術選獎文部大臣新人獎（一九九九年）、外務大臣表彰、都市綠化功勞者國土交通大臣表彰（以上皆為二○○三年）、加拿大政府頒發的「Meritorious Service Medal」（加拿大總督褒章，二○○五年）、德國聯邦共和國功勞勳章功勞十字小綬章（二○○六年）等。
二○○六年獲選為Newsweek雜誌日本版「全球最受尊敬的一百位日本人」之一。主要作品包括加拿大駐日大使館庭園、東急澀谷藍塔大飯店的日式庭園等。著作豐富，包括《別對每件事都有反應》《你所煩惱的事，有九成都不會發生》等暢銷著作。
漫畫｜夏江まみ
出生於東京都。漫畫家、插畫家。畢業於武藏野美術大學視覺傳達設計學系。二○一四年在《Nemuki +》（朝日新聞出版）出道成為漫畫家。主要漫畫作品有《漫畫教養系列 輕鬆學佛像》（朝日新聞出版）。目前以佛教為主題進行繪畫創作，主要在東京都內的畫廊舉辦個展。曾舉辦的展覽包括：2014年나쓰에마미（夏江まみ展）Cafe mcr（韓國）、二○一五年「某個夜晚」YOYOGI ART Gallery（原宿）、「我的菩薩」Biliken 畫廊（青山）、「壞教誨」藝廊樂風（埼玉）等。

These Bamboo Pillowcases Made Me Realize I Sleep Hot

I bought these mostly because I kept hearing people talk about bamboo pillowcases and honestly thought it sounded a little overhyped, but I totally get it now. The first thing I noticed was how cool they felt compared to regular cotton. I tend to get warm when I sleep and flip my pillow a million times during the night looking for the cold side, and these actually stay noticeably cooler longer.
They also feel really soft without having that weird slippery texture some silky pillowcases have. My skin has been less irritated lately and my hair definitely looks less frizzy in the mornings. I have thick hair that tangles easily overnight, and these have helped more than I expected.
Another thing I appreciate is that they’ve washed well so far. I was worried they’d pill or lose softness after a wash cycle, but they still feel smooth and nice. They also just make the bed feel cleaner and more comfortable overall. One of those small upgrades that ends up making a bigger difference than you’d think.

Sheets are good. Greens don't match

I purchased the sage green sheets to go along with another Bedsure comforter, then purchased 2 more pillow cases (because i
I like a lot of pillows) and the greens don't exactly match. This doesn't REALLY bother me as I feel like its fine with a little "texture."
Sheets feel nice and light and I love the look of it in my room.

Good buy Pillowcases
Color: 08 - Sage Green, Size: King (20" X 36")
I bought these Bedsure king-size pillowcases from Amazon and overall I’m very happy with them. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft and smooth the fabric feels. They almost feel silky, which makes them very comfortable to sleep on. When you lay your head down, the material feels cool and gentle on the skin, which I really like.
I also appreciate the zipper closure. It keeps the pillow securely inside the case and makes everything look neat and tidy on the bed. The zipper is hidden well and doesn’t feel bulky or uncomfortable.
The only small downside is that the pillowcases are so smooth that the pillows can sometimes slide around or even slip off the bed a little. However, that’s really just because the material is so silky.
Overall, I would still recommend these pillowcases. They are soft, comfortable, and feel like a nice upgrade compared to regular pillowcases.
