Designed for data centers, enterprise servers, and storage arrays, the Cisco 1.80 TB SAS 2.5" Internal Hard Drive delivers scalable, reliable storage where uptime and density matter most. With 1.8 terabytes of capacity, a blazing 12 Gb/s SAS interface, and a compact 2.5-inch form factor, this HDD is built to power virtualization, backups, and demanding workloads. It’s optimized for environments where predictable performance, long-term endurance, and streamlined management are non-negotiable. Whether you’re expanding an existing Cisco storage solution or deploying a new enterprise-grade system, this drive helps you consolidate data, accelerate data access, and maximize rack efficiency without compromising reliability.

  • Massive capacity for consolidation. The 1.8 TB storage capacity provides ample space for virtual machines, databases, log archives, backups, media libraries, and analytics data. By consolidating data onto fewer drives, you can reduce rack space and cabling complexity while keeping fast access times and favorable IOPS for multi-tenant workloads.
  • Industrial-grade SAS performance. The 12 Gb/s Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interface delivers steady, predictable throughput for I/O-intensive applications, RAID configurations, and environments where consistent performance matters more than peak sequential speed. This makes it an excellent backbone for virtualization clusters and enterprise data services.
  • 2.5-inch form factor for dense deployments. The compact 2.5" design enables greater drive density in blade servers, storage arrays, and backplanes with limited 3.5" bays. This capability supports higher storage density, easier expansion, and improved power efficiency in modern data centers.
  • Enterprise-grade reliability and endurance. How to install Cisco 1.80 TB SAS HDD

  • Prepare the system and workspace. Before handling the drive, ensure you have a clean,static-safe workspace and the appropriate drive tray, backplane, or server blade. Review your Cisco storage environment’s guidelines for disk installation, drive sleeve compatibility, and rack or cabinet clearance.
  • Power down and disconnect. Follow your vendor’s procedures to safely power down the server or storage chassis. Disconnect power cords and remove any external power sources to prevent accidental startup during installation.
  • Ground yourself and handle carefully. Use anti-static precautions. Hold the drive by the edges, avoiding contact with connectors and PCB components. Do not touch pins or exposed circuitry to prevent static damage.
  • Identify the correct drive tray or slot. Locate the appropriate drive tray or backplane slot that supports 2.5" SAS drives. Ensure the slot alignment matches the drive’s connector orientation to enable proper signaling and secure seating.
  • Install the drive into the tray or backplane. Slide the Cisco 1.80 TB SAS HDD into the tray or directly into the backplane until it seats firmly. If your system uses screws, secure the drive with the designated screws in the tray, keeping the drive snug but not over-tightened.
  • Connect data and power paths. If your enclosure requires cabling, attach the SAS data cable and power connection as specified by the chassis or storage array. Ensure cables are routed to avoid bending, kinking, or interference with fans and other components.
  • Secure and reseat. Reattach the drive tray or sled into the backplane or server chassis. Confirm the tray latch or screws are secured and that the drive is firmly seated in the backplane, with no abnormal gaps or wobble.
  • Power up and verify recognition. Restore power and boot the system. Use the server BIOS, RAID controller utility, or Cisco management tooling to verify that the newly installed drive is detected and healthy. Look for serial numbers, slot IDs, or drive status indicators as applicable.
  • Initialize and configure. If required by your environment, initialize the drive within the operating system or storage controller. If using RAID, add the new drive to an existing array or create a new array according to your data protection and performance needs. Run SMART checks and health monitoring to confirm ongoing reliability.

Nice large format printer which is what I needed
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
I make stained glass panels and needed a printer that I could make larger copies with. I also wanted one that I could manipulate my images with. This was my best option and I love the Eco-Tank printers. After reading the reviews I made sure to add a couple years of additional warranty for my peace of mind. Finding 13 x 19 paper that was affordable was a tough challenge. I found a bunch on FB marketplace and bought everything they had to offer. This printer was very easy to set-up. I just followed the instructions and then followed what was on my computer screen. At first I thought I would have an issue connecting to Wi-Fi but when it failed on the computer, I was able to go to the printer and do it from the control panel - Easy peesey. I have used it several times since filling, charging, and installing and everything works as it should. My husband has an Eco-Tank printer and I've wanted one since he got his. I love that the ink will last a very long time and that it will be cost efficient. I am not overly interested in photo printing so this was the perfect choice for my needs. The print quality is fairly good when comparing it to my old Canon and e that there are several paper trays and ways to make copies, especially the automatic feed and the larger scanner bed.

document feeder not working on first real use.
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
Serious reliability issues and concerns. We have owned the printer for about 1 month and printed a limited amount. For the first time today I tried scanning with the document feeder. I was scanning about 12 pages that should of been 1 document. The first page scanned and then stopped. I started the scanner again and it scanned about 5 pages and then jammed. The rest of the pages were a constant jamming/not feeding fiasco. I would run to the computer and hit scan, then run to the printer and manually push on the paper as hard as i could without the paper bending. if I pushed just right i could get a few pages through without jamming. I ended up with about 6 pdf's instead of one document and constant jamming in the paper feeder. Frustrating from a brand new printer and the first time using the paper scanner. There is a clicking noise when it scans. a few of the pages fed properly but the rest had to be forced. No obvious obstructions or other issues. I tried cleaning the rollers with no success. Then attempted to reach out to Epson support. The only support option I could find was an email form that put me in a captia loop after entering all the information so I had to start over on the ticket submission. No chat support, no phone number, brand new higher priced printer with serious build/reliability issues. Frustrating.

This is a great printer. I love it.
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
I’ve been using the Epson ET‑15000 for custom chip bags and ran into a huge issue with my original paper choice. The printer itself is great, but the Koala 30 lb glossy paper did not play well with the black ink at all. Even after letting my prints sit for a full two days, the black areas would still smear and come off on my fingers as soon as I started folding and assembling the bags. It was super frustrating and made it hard to trust my prints for orders. I decided to try Eshang high gloss paper instead, and the difference has been night and day. With the same Epson ET‑15000 and the same designs, the Eshang paper works like a charm. The black ink dries quickly, doesn’t rub off when handled, and holds up beautifully while I’m folding and sealing my chip bags. Colors look vibrant, the finish is nice and glossy, and I don’t have to worry about smudging anymore. If you’re using an Epson EcoTank like the ET‑15000 and struggling with black ink smearing on Koala glossy, I highly recommend switching to Eshang high gloss. It completely solved the problem for me and made my chip bag printing so much easier and more professional.

Need scan button to work!
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
Love (almost) everything about this except the scan button. The scan button on the Epson screen does not work. I called Microsoft who tried to fix it through the connection but still didn't work. Sent an e-mail to Epson and no response. Really need this scan button to work so that I can scan to desktop.
