1. Business Hours

Our school is open Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• Lessons are available during these hours by appointment only.
• We recommend scheduling lessons in advance to secure your preferred time.

2. Lesson Structure and Fees

• 30-minute lesson: $45
• 60-minute lesson: $65
• All lessons must be purchased in bundles of Three.
• Payment for bundles is due at the time of booking, and refunds will not be issued for unused lessons.

3. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice: To cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will not be rescheduled, and the lesson will be forfeited.
• Make-up lessons are only available if the lesson is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Waiting Room Policy

• We offer a limited waiting room for parents who wish to stay during the lesson.
• To ensure comfort, we kindly ask parents to be mindful of space and noise levels.
• Seating availability is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If the waiting room is full, we kindly ask parents to return at the conclusion of the lesson.
• Parents may also choose to drop off their child and return at the end of the lesson.

5. Equipment and Gear

• All required musical gear and instruments will be provided for use during lessons.
• No need to purchase your own equipment, as we will provide high-quality instruments and accessories for practice.
• Students must take care of the equipment provided, and any damage or loss of gear will be subject to replacement fees.

6. Student Behavior and Conduct

• We expect all students to maintain a respectful attitude towards instructors, staff, and other students.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in a warning, and repeated offenses could lead to a suspension or termination of lessons.

7. Health and Safety Protocol

• For the health and safety of all students and staff, we require that sick students stay home and reschedule their lessons.
• If any student or parent feels ill, we ask them to please stay home and reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal information shared with the school will be kept confidential and used only for administrative purposes, including scheduling and billing.
• We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

9. Liability and Insurance

• The school will not be responsible for any injury or accident that occurs on the premises during lessons.
• Students and parents are responsible for their own insurance coverage in the case of an accident or injury.
