What will the animals discover about Bear’s new boots?
Lion is inviting all the animals to his home and sending them new boots to help them get there! But some of the animals question why Bear has been invited along with them. They don't want Bear, but their prideful attitude means that they miss out on what Lion has to offer. Meanwhile, will Bear find a welcome with Lion?
Based on the Gospel parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector, The Bear that Nobody Wanted will help young readers discover the importance of forgiveness and humility, the way kind actions can impact others, and God’s call to lend a helping hand to those in need.
The Bear that Nobody Wanted is one of five beautifully illustrated books that retell the parables of Jesus in a way that is engaging and easy for children to understand. Young Catholics will love following along with the adventures of the animal characters and discovering the valuable lessons they learn along the way.
These books are the perfect tool for parents, teachers, and religious educators helping children grow in their faith and introducing them to the teachings of Jesus.
