Installing exhaust gaskets in Harley-Davidson cylinder heads can be tricky. Often, carbon buildup and aluminum oxide in the exhaust ports can make it difficult to know if a gasket has properly seated all the way against the ridge in the port. This tool is designed to seat the gaskets and prepare them to accept the exhaust pipe without deforming the gaskets.
