By: Rob Roy, Chris LawsonIn a groundbreaking, narrative-driven book for businesses, managers (and those who aspire to the managerial ranks), and entrepreneurs, a veteran Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer shows how the skills that enable SEAL teams to achieve the impossible in the battlefield can help business executives and career-minded individuals make better decisions and get the best out of their teams.
Anyone can make good decisions when everything is in their favor. But in life, as in war, it’s in chaotic, challenging times that genuine leaders distinguish themselves. As a Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer, Rob Roy learned this lesson over twenty-five years of combat, in which the difference between life and death was his team’s ability to decode complex environments, take decisive action, and seize opportunities when they presented themselves.
In The Navy SEAL Art of War, Roy decodes the leadership lessons of the battlefield for today’s business leaders and individuals: how to make good decisions under pressure, how to utilize and leverage the strengths of others while minimizing the weaknesses of the individual or team, and how to act instead of react, anticipating events despite having minimal information and effectively communicating tasks and priorities.
Illustrated with countless stories from the front lines, and featuring unprecedented exercises and drills from the SEALs’ training program, The Navy SEAL Art of War is destined to take its place aside It’s Your Ship as a bestselling business classic.

2nd time is a charm
Size: 1 Quart, Style: 6-Pack, Configuration: Euro LX 0W-30
I purchased this for a DIY oil change on my wife's Infiniti QX30 (power train sourced from Mercedes). Doing it myself, I saved about $70 over the dealership's advertised synthetic oil change. I actually enjoy this type of maintenance work, and I get to pick the parts and fluids used. And I like Pennzoil synthetics better than several other domestic brands.
However, the package as received showed that there was oil leaking from one or more bottles. Amazon had kept the oil in the original Pennzoil case, so Amazon was not to blame for the leakage. I immediately opened the case and cleaned and inspected each quart. Several had caps that were not on tight! I think that overall more than 1/8 of a quart had leaked. I'm glad I was home when the package was delivered, otherwise I would have had an oil stain on my front porch concrete floor. Now that would have really p...ed me off! So Pennzoil needs to better seal their quart bottles (QA issue?) and Amazon should check for this type of issue (it was obvious on the outer Amazon box) and not deliver when there are signs of leakage.
Update - 8/11/23 Purchased a second time for my annual oil change on the QX30. This time the case was delivered without leakage. Buying from Amazon is a big time saver, as the Euro LX 0W30 is difficult to find at retail.

Best oil choice for exotics that take this blend
Size: 1 Quart, Style: 6-Pack, Configuration: Euro LX 0W-30
This is the closest thing to Mopar oil specifically made for exotics. I use it in my Alfa Romeo when I can't find Mopar for a decent price. 8000+ miles before an oil change is required

This is very hard to find item.
Size: 1 Quart, Style: 6-Pack, Configuration: Euro LX 0W-30
This is one of the lowest VOC oils. Important if your vehicle is GDI. Should help keep valves cleaner.

Went with a 30 weight because of ambient temperatures
Size: 1 Quart, Style: 6-Pack, Configuration: Euro LX 0W-30
Running this in my wife's 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. We live in Arizona and 100+ temps is normal thing. Did a lot of research on this before I decided on running a 30 weight, technically a 40 weight is recommended for our temperature. I noticed that her car was rattling on startup and was worse when it was a hot start. After switching to a 0w-30 I noticed the noise was substantially less. Fuel mileage was not changed she's still averaging 32mpg with her manual transmission vehicle. I've done my research and yes I know about staying with the factory recommended weight but we don't see subzero temperature and we are definitely not seeing the the average 80f summers. 40Fwinters and 105F summers are the norm here. Yes ambient temps effect oil decisions. I also prefer Euro Spec oils over SAE because of Europes extended drain intervals of 10-12k miles. I change every 5k or 6 months.
