Here are the details of our TDO4LR turbo rebuild kit:

  • Thrust bearing designed for reverse rotation TDO4LR turbo chargers
  • Dual oil port 360 degree thrust bearing with large 1.6 mm oil feed holes in thrust bearing (other kits fail because of too small of oil holes)
  • 15mm wide thrust collar (provides more surface area to prevent failure at high boost) 
  • 14mm wide thrust spacer (provides more surface area to prevent failure at high boost) (factory is 10mm and fails at 22 psi)
  • 15mm wide pad on dual oil port thrust bearing
  • Staggered rear piston ring seal to provide better sealing to prevent oil leakage.
