I start by collecting new evergreen fir and spruce needle tips from trees in the little forest beside my house (thanking them along the way for their gifts).
I infuse these needle tips into organic olive oil using a special double-extraction process that squeezes every last bit of essence from the needles, producing a rich, aromatic evergreen oil.
This oil is then combined with the natural wax and essential oils, and poured into tins to become a deeply moisturizing and protective lip balm - sure to put a happy smile on any pair of lips!
Sizes & Shapes
- Little glass jars - cute as a button and reusable once your balm is used up; 0.25 oz
- Little metal tins - handy to carry in a pocket because they're flatter; 0.5 oz
Both are generous in size. Standard Chapstick tube holds 0.15 ounces, for comparison.
