We live in a world where stress and chronic disease are spiralling out of control. Our greatest need today is to learn how to relax and this begins with the mind. Wake Up and SOAR presents a clear and simple road map which empowers you to create a relaxed supportive lifestyle providing a stable base from which to pursue your heartfelt desires. The core tool S.O.A.R has its roots in ancient wisdom and is expressed as a modern day 'practice' to help us move from our 'normal' fear based state of mind to our 'natural' calm quality of mind, where we accept life as it is and therefore flow with her, rather than against her.
First up is Step 1: Wake Up and SOAR, where Chris introduces the idea of 'quality of mind'. He then goes on to explain SOAR, the tool that allows you to return to your 'natural' quality of mind:
S - Slow down
O - Observe inwardly and connect with your breath
A - Accept all that is arising without judgement
R - Relax deeply and sense your inner peace of being
In Step 2: Design a Life Which Flows, Chris explains how we are all attracting our lives towards us and gives further tools to create a supportive lifestyle.
Lastly, in Step 3: Pursue Your Dreams, Chris introduces the Law of Magic which expresses your ability to dream and pursue those dreams, however large or small.

Holds up pretty well.

Holds up against my velociraptor! Much better than some of the other holey balls that get torn apart quickly. I think this is a great idea to reuse old shoe soles into toys for the heavy chewers like heelers. I would like to see a large ball like 10-12 inch diameter, so they can push and throw it around.

Molly loves her ball!

Soft and easily caught by a rambunctious Border Collie. She loves her ball and points to it with her nose when she's ready for another game of "ball". Easy to throw and easy to clean of slobbers!

Great Strong Chew Toy but not too Hard

Great strong chew toy. It's very strong and does not tear apart like everything else. At the same time it is not hard plastic like the last brown one I ordered that could break my dog's teeth. My dog is a 2 yr old 14 lb Chi mix with a super strong bite. He tore all the stuffies up and even the nylon toy that was supposed to withstand a lot. This is the one toy that could outsmart him. I play fetch with him and it has a nice weird hop due it's shape so it keeps him interested and surprised. It's a bit heavier than other similar toys and I'm guessing bigger dogs would definitely like it too. I'm very pleased after buying so many others that were easily chewed up or too hard.
