Spearmint Essential Oil can be used as an antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, insecticide, restorative, and stimulant substance. Spearmint Essential Oil is used as a mouth wash to whiten teeth and heal mouth sores.

Suggested Use:  For aromatherapy use.

For all other uses, carefully dilute with carrier oils such as Dark Forest Rice Bran Oil or Dark Forest Coconut Oil prior to use.
