There is no background in the decal, the background is whatever surface you place decal on.
Decals are made in and shipped from the U.S., they are made of Die-Cut 6-7 year Exterior Vinyl. All decals are shipped masked and ready for application, they can be placed on any flat, clean, outer surface on exterior items as well as interior items.
This decal can be applied to any clean smooth surface. Application instructions are included for an easy installation.

Overpriced but it works.

I hate that I love this product. It's stupid expensive. But it's great for broken/damaged/recovering skin. I've used it post microneedling and it is the only thing that soothes, hydrates, and doesn't sting raw, red skin. Great for rashes/hives and allergic reactions too. Luckily a thin layer is often enough to do the trick. so it lasts a long time I wouldn't use for everyday moisture, but when your skin is angry, this stuff works. (Overpriced? Yes. Witchcraft? Maybe. Does it work? Yep.)

Great lotion for very dry skin

I had a laser done on my face and the products they gave me weren't working. This came highly recommended so I gave it a try. I'm very glad I did! It moisturized my face really well without appearing greasy.
