Each page is black and features both horizontal and vertical pocket orientations for landscape and portrait photographs on the same page. The clear slip-in pages are screw bound, so can be taken out and replaced in another part of the album, allowing for optimum, hassle-free organisation. The plastic pockets take the photographs from the top, or the spine side of the postbound album which means they don't fall out. The front petrol blue cover is fun and bright, featuring a 4 inch square aperture in the middle to take a photo of your choice. Other colours are available here.

I still have to halve the dose as the full dose makes me groggy the next day. Where the Natrol gave me very vivid, but not unpleasant dreams, these don't make me dream as vividly. It does take a bit longer to get me to sleep, but once asleep, your asleep. Highly recommend, once I finish this bottle, I'd get the 2mg tr next time, as a lower dose works better for me.
