Crafted from an innovative combination of Polartec® Power Grid™ recycled fabric for unparalleled stretch, durability and breathability with Patagonia’s Capilene® Thermal Weight base layer fabric, this mid layer is ready for your active pursuits whilst keeping the weight and bulk to a minimum. The fabric is stretchy with a slim fit that ensures warmth next to the skin and easy layering when temperatures drop, whilst off-set shoulder seams sit comfortably without chafing or rubbing beneath pack straps, waistbelts and harnesses.

Treated with HeiQ® Pure odour control, this mid layer is ready for multi-day uses, ensuring that you maintain freshness. The zippered chest pocket and two handwarmer pockets have been helpfully designed so they lie flat beneath harnesses and waistbelts, and feature mesh pocket bags that are air-permeable to promote ventilation and airflow. With two additional interior drop-in mesh pockets for even more storage space, the Men’s R1 Jacket from Patagonia will get you out there whether you are setting a new pace on rugged trails or scaling rock faces in higher altitudes.
