AEM's 400LPH AN Fittings High Flow, High-Pressure Inline Fuel Pump is designed for high performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. It can be installed externally or in-tank using optional hardware that is sold separately (see part numbers, below). It utilizes the industry standard "044 Style" envelope and -10 AN female inlet and -6 AN female outlet connections for easy installation on new applications and for quick replacement of existing competitor fuel pumps. The 50-1005 fuel pump delivers incredible performance and value.AEM's 400LPH High Flow, High-Pressure Fuel Pump (AEM 50-1005) is capable of supporting over 1,200 HP normally aspirated and a whopping 860 HP at 30 psi boost.* It flows 400LPH (100 gph) at 40 PSI, 340LPH (90 gph) at 73 PSI, and 270LPH (71 gph) at 120 PSI. Complete flow curves from 35 to 120 PSI and current draw vs. fuel pressure charts are available in the Specs section, below.The AEM 400LPH AN Fittings High Flow Fuel Pump is rated for use with ethanol-blended fuels, (E85/E90) and all types of gasoline, but pump life will be diminished if used with 100% ethanol fuels. The inlet thread is a -10 AN female ORB (O-ring port fitting) and the discharge is a female -6 AN ORB (O-ring port fitting).A male -6 to -8 AN discharge fitting with integral high-pressure check valve, terminal nuts, terminal boots and installation instructions are included. Optional accessories that are sold separately include a -10 ORB fitting inlet pre-filter (for use with in-tank installations), and both -8 and -6 discharge adapters without integral check valves. Needs to be Re-designed
I will update this rating depending on the outcome of my customer service/support experience. At this time, I cannot recommend this product. Although it’s marketed for ATV use, it does not withstand the realities that come with ATV riding.
The snaps on the straps securing the front of the shade come undone with nearly every bump, making the shade unstable and frustrating to use. On our second trip out with it after about 3 hours of riding, the shade collapsed on me entirely. Initially, I thought the rear hooks had come loose, but to my surprise, the roof frame itself had snapped in half on both sides. I’m still unsure how this even happens. The metal completely snapped right where the roof poles bend in a U. Very odd. It forced us to remove the shade completely and carry it on the back of the quad for the rest of the ride since it was not functional anymore.
Given this is only the second time we had even used it I would not recommend anyone purchase this product which is so unfortunate as living in AZ I had very high hopes for this product, as the concept is excellent, but it needs significant reinforcement to handle the rough terrain and constant movement involved in off-road riding and at this time I requesting a full refund and until this company revisits the design to make it sturdier and more reliable I will not consider purchasing again.

It’s much more rigid than you might think.
The brackets did not fit the range of diameters that it said it would.
Is pretty doofus when you lay it down backwards.
It is however, more rigid than you might think. It works for me.
I like it. Of course I can change things.
I like the exterior fabric and I like the vinyl undercoating. I suspect it’s going to be waterproof as well.
Now that I know, I’m not going to lay it down.
I’m going to order a second one for my wifes quad, which is even narrower than the minimum they call out. 39.4”.

Nice kit. Simple to assemble, simply packed, good weight for the metal and the shade cloth. Actual width between attachment points is 44 inches. Tubing goes together with those push button things like on aluminum table legs. Priced commensurate with quality.
