Mossy, an amazing turtle with a gorgeous garden growing on her shell, loses her freedom when Dr. Carolina, a biologist, takes her to live in her Edwardian museum. Visitors flock to see Mossy, but it is Dr. Carolina's niece, Tory, who notices how sad Mossy is living in a viewing pavilion. She misses the outdoors and her friend, Scoot.
Dr. Carolina finds a way to keep the spirit of Mossy alive at the museum. She invites Flora and Fauna to paint Mossy's portrait. Then she and Tory take Mossy home, where Scoot is waiting for her.
Jan Brett fans will pore over the colorful paintings of Lilypad Pond and lush borders displaying wildflowers, ferns, butterflies and birds in contrast to elegant spreads of the museum filled with visitors in stylish Edwardian dress and exquisite borders of shells, rocks, crystals and birds' eggs.

FINALLY able to enjoy my morning coffee without reheating!!!!

Since this mug warmer arrived, I have finally been able to enjoy a relaxing cup of morning coffee. Value and quality are on point. This warmer keeps my coffee warm to the last drop. The cord is long enough to reach an outlet near the end table, easy and simple operation (tap on, tap to lower temp up to two times then final tap off). Auto shut off after 4 hours which I have not used yet as I always unplug my unit after each use, however it is nice to know that is an option. Just one suggestion, Using a mug lid with unit also helps keep the hot beverage at a consistant temp. I LOVE IT and wish I ordered one sooner.

For me this coffee warmer is perfect. The disk sides are just right. High enough for a good fit, but not so high you risk sloshing your beverage. The color (blue) is exactly as displayed. Works great and a very good price.
