INGREDIENTS

Scones: Buttermilk, eggs, SF flour, salt, sugar, icing sugar, butter, baking powder

Lamington: Raspberries, pectin, sugar, lemon juice, eggs, flower, butter, coconut, chocolate, milk, cream

Lemon curd tartlet: Lemon, sugar, eggs, butter, gelatine, flour, almond meal

Sausage rolls: beef mince, carrots, onions black sesame, butter, flour, salt

ribbon sandwich: chicken breast, egg, chive, celery, oil vinegar, salmon, cream cheese,  dill
