Overview
The Ubiquiti UniFi U7 Long-Range U7-LR is a high-performance Wi-Fi 7 access point designed to deliver extended coverage and enhanced capacity for enterprise and large-scale residential networks. Featuring 5 spatial streams, it supports 3x3 MU-MIMO on the 5 GHz band and 2x2 MU-MIMO on the 2.4 GHz band, achieving maximum data rates of 4.3 Gbps and 688 Mbps, respectively. With a coverage area of up to 160 m² (1,750 ft²) and support for over 300 concurrent clients, the U7-LR ensures robust and reliable connectivity. Equipped with a 2.5 GbE RJ45 uplink port, it facilitates high-speed wired connections, while Power over Ethernet (PoE) support simplifies installation. Advanced features such as band steering, fast roaming (802.11r), Wi-Fi scheduling, and guest network isolation enhance network efficiency and security.
