SUGGESTED USE (ROLL-ON): Apply liberally behind the ear, chest, pulse points, bottoms of the feet, or rub in between hands and inhale as often as needed.
SUGGESTED USE (INHALER): Hold one nostril closed while holding inhaler up to nose. Inhale deeply. Repeat on other side. Use as often as needed.
* I recommend testing skin sensitivity by applying to inside of the elbow before applying all over. Use as often as needed.
* Most Citrus Oils can cause UV sensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight in areas where applied for up to 12 hours after application.
