This little wolf certainly does - but in a quiet way so as not to disturb you. Only the rocks can hear! 

She is carved out of a solid piece of shungite, which is a very rare thing for shungite "figurines." Most are cast from shungite powder, so I was absolutely thrilled to find this little wolf carving with the mineral veins - and therefore all the protective carbon structures - intact!

The wolf and her orange selenite crescent moon rest upon a lovely slab of Bumblebee Jasper. 

Bumblebee Jasper is the trade name of a black and yellow variety of fibrous calcite found in only one location in the world - Mount Papandayan, Indonesia. Bumblebee jasper is not really jasper at all - because it contains no quartz - but the trade name stuck.
