This kit provides the ultimate in comfort, vibration mitigation, and adjustability for hardtailed choppers and bobbers. A compact, rubber air spring tames road undulations  in a way that traditional seat springs or shocks can't match. With virtually unlimited adjustability, dialing in your perfect settings takes no work at all. That's because the air spring, the heart of the TC Bros. air-ride system, uses a standard Schrader fill valve that simplifies adding or removing air. 

The system will accommodate pressures of 1psi-75psi. Most riders find a 5psi-25psi operating pressure yields maximum comfort dependent upon rider weight and desired firmness.

The kit offers 2.1" of travel; you'll find it very comparable to a set of conventional 3" seat springs—but with better vibration damping. That's because there's no metal-on-metal contact at the rear of the seat that can allow harmonics and oscillations—effectively the building blocks of vibration—to the rider.
