The ePropulsion Spirit Solar Charging Kit includes everything you need to charge the ePropulsion Spirit Battery Plus with solar! The kit includes the Spirit Battery Plus Solar Charge Controller and an ePropulsion compatible solar panel, as well as a 0.5m MC4 to 12v outlet adapter, which allows you to also charge with a 12 volt outlet. Please note that panels and charge controller typically ship separately.
In our test with a 100W panel in full sun and angled at the sun, we found that the Spirit Battery was charged at a rate of about 5% per hour (see video below). The Spirit Battery is typically used with the ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus and the ePropulsion Spirit Evo.
