Each plate is individually glazed, which not only provides a unique look from plate to plate, but improves the pattern and texture durability. I returned it and asked for a replacement, thinking that the item was defected, but when I got the New replacement, it was the same thing so I tried to contact the seller, but there was no option to do that. Therefore, I had to return the second replacement keyboard and look for another keyboard cover.
