All Souls Trilogy Deborah Harkness Collection - 3 Books Set

The Book of Life

Fall under the spell of Diana and Matthew once more in the stunning climax to their epic tale, following A Discovery of Witches and Shadow of Night. A world of witches, daemons and vampires. A manuscript which holds the secrets of their past and the key to their future. Diana and Matthew - the forbidden love at the heart of it. After travelling through time in Shadow of Night, the second book in Deborah Harkness's enchanting series, historian and witch Diana Bishop and vampire scientist Matthew Clairmont return to the present to face new crises and old enemies. At Matthew's ancestral home in France they reunite with their families - with one heart-breaking exception. But the real threat to their future is yet to be revealed, and when it is, the search for the elusive manuscript Ashmole 782 and its missing pages takes on a terrifying urgency. Using ancient knowledge and modern science, from the palaces of Venice and beyond, Diana and Matthew will finally learn what the witches discovered so many centuries ago.

Shadow of Night

In a world of witches, daemons and vampires the fragile balance of peace is unravelling. Diana and Matthew's forbidden love has broken the laws dividing creatures. To discover the manuscript which holds their hope for the future, they must now travel back to the past. When Diana Bishop, descended from a line of powerful witches, discovered a significant alchemical manuscript in the Bodleian Library, she sparked a struggle in which she became bound to long-lived vampire Matthew Clairmont. Now the coexistence of witches, daemons, vampires and humans is dangerously threatened. Seeking safety, Diana and Matthew travel back in time to London, 1590. But they soon realise that the past may not provide a haven. Reclaiming his former identity as poet and spy for Queen Elizabeth, the vampire falls back in with a group of radicals known as the School of Night. Many are unruly daemons, the creative minds of the age, including playwright Christopher Marlowe and mathematician Thomas Harriot. Together Matthew and Diana scour Tudor London for the elusive manuscript Ashmole 782, and search for the witch who will teach Diana how to control her remarkable powers.

A Discovery of Witches

Fall under the spell of Diana and Matthew in the stunning first volume of the No.1 internationally bestsellling All Souls trilogy. A world of witches, daemons and vampires. A manuscript which holds the secrets of their past and the key to their future. Diana and Matthew - the forbidden love at the heart of it When historian Diana Bishop opens an alchemical manuscript in the Bodleian Library, it's an unwelcome intrusion of magic into her carefully ordered life. Though Diana is a witch of impeccable lineage, the violent death of her parents while she was still a child convinced her that human fear is more potent than any witchcraft. Now Diana has unwittingly exposed herself to a world she's kept at bay for years, one of powerful witches, creative, destructive daemons and long-lived vampires. Sensing the significance of Diana's discovery, the creatures gather in Oxford, among them the enigmatic Matthew Clairmont, a vampire geneticist. Diana is inexplicably drawn to Matthew and, in a shadowy world of half-truths and old enmities, ties herself to him without fully understanding the ancient line they are crossing. As they begin to unlock the secrets of the manuscript and their feelings for each other deepen, so the fragile balance of peace unravels.

Great tool
Size: No Size, Style: 4V Screwdriver_Twist 2.0 2pc Set
This thing is exactly what I wanted, now everybody saying that it lacks power or anything else, doesn’t understand Tools in my opinion that’s what an impact drivers for. This thing isn’t meant to lag screws into a piece of wood. But this thing is perfect for anything you would just need a normal screwdriver for like installing door handles or outlets or light fixtures or furniture, etc. I find it has plenty of torque, and it could fit into most areas with the swivel design. And feels like a good tool doesn’t feel cheap. And unlike the other ones that have this weird twist motion to activate it, this one has a Forward and reverse button which I prefer.

Power your way on next job. Just buy it!
Size: No Size, Style: 4V Screwdriver_Twist 2.0 2pc Set
I have every tool known to man. I have tools to fix other tools. Most of them are rubber coated for safety. But I didn’t have a powered screwdriver. Not sure why. This thing is great, I had a project where I had to take apart a Kirby vacuum and this really sped the process, looking forward to using it on 1 million other projects, versus my impact driver, which I used on most everything. Torque seems great, even loosens tight screws, and I like the 45° bend to hold the screwdriver. Seems to hold a charge very well, and it feels lightweight in hand. Not sure why I didn’t buy one 20 years ago. Good value, as I bought it on sale.

Perfect for small home projects
Size: No Size, Style: 4V Screwdriver_Twist 2.0 2pc Set
Good for anyone who is looking to have a small bit and doesn't really use a manual screwdriver to match or use a heavy duty drill. Good for this. Getting small tasks then but it can also screw into wood. I did test it and it's pretty well working not as fast as your regular drill can. The power is pretty high but no it does lose percentage over time. The grip of it's nice and comfortable and easy to use. Seems like it has a magnetic head to help keep your screws together is about the size of a hand but is arguably still bigger? Haven't even lost any pieces to it. Pretty high durability and good for its size

Heavy duty tool for light work! GREAT VALUE IMHO
Size: No Size, Style: 4V Screwdriver_Twist 2.0 2pc Set, Size: No Size, Style: 4V Screwdriver_Twist 2.0 2pc Set
Great tool to add to the box. I had this in my cart as I was looking for something small that was electric and had a flexible head, mostly for auto (being able to get all but the torque in tight spaces) and also at work where I’m constantly using a driver and wanted to save my wrists some work. There are others out there, but most are Amazon only brands, which come from China and are hard to get good customer service if there’s an issue. You buy something and have an issue a year later and find that the company either doesn’t exist or has changed their name. It’s a tactic. I buy USA made when it’s available, and buy American brands like Skil and Craftsman, etc. as you can trust they’ll make things right if needed. Anyway, I love this thing. I use it multiple times a day, but it’s about 6 bolts in, work for a few hours, 6 bolts out, then back in, and so on. So I’m not running it non stop. It’s a $20-30 tool, so I don’t expect it to last with some crazy heavy use on a job site. I don’t use the bit it came with. I use this exclusively with socket driver bits. Mostly a 1/2” tool get the light work done, then pull out the torque wrench and finish it. I saw this on sale in town for the same price, so I bought one for my 17yo son who is always wrenching on stuff. Great tool to have for getting the lighter thousand turns out of the way. It would probably last forever if used around the house and charged by the book. I’ve only recharged it once and at the rate I use it one charge lasted a couple weeks. It is built very well, and has heavy-duty rubberized grip around with the body of a thicker, power tool type plastic. 100% recommended to anyone and everyone. This is the type of thing any man that actually works and fixes things around the house and garage/shop, young or old, would appreciate.
