AMI 50GPD home RO membrane elements are among the finest in the industry. AMI Home RO Membranes are constructed of tap water TFC (thin film composite) membrane material and fit standard residential home RO Housings for point of use systems. The AMI M-T1812A50 produces 50 gallons per day at a minimum salt rejection of 96%. This 50 GPD membrane fits a standard residential 2-inch by 12-inch membrane housing.

AMI Membranes are 100% Quality and Performance Tested in their ISO 9001:2015 Certified Facilities.

M-T1812A50 is certified to NSF/ANSI 58 for the reduction of Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium (Hexavalent), Chromium (Trivalent), Copper, Turbidity, Fluoride, Lead, Radium 226/228, Selenium, and TDS.

Since the presence of free chlorine and other oxidizing agents will cause premature membrane failure, a carbon block filter should be used before this RO membrane element when filtering chlorinated water.
Performance specifications based on 500 ppm tap water, 50 psi (0.35 MPa) applied pressure, 77°F (25°C) feed water temperature, feed water pH 7-8 and 15% recovery. Element permeate flow may vary ± 15%.

Love the storage and pull-out

The size is great and fits nicely in the corner without feeling too bulky, but still has plenty of seating. The dark grey color looks clean in person and matches my space really well — not too light, not too dark. The pull-out part is honestly one of my favorite features. If I had to nitpick, the cushions do shift a little after sitting for a while, so you may need to adjust them occasionally. But for the price, I think that’s pretty normal.
