TBparts carburetor kit & Mikuni VM26 for the Yamaha TTR110. This kit makes BIG power on the TTR110 with our 130cc kit. The VM26 is 10mm larger than the stock 16mm carb so it moves a lot more air and fuel. Next our manifold is port matched for a smooth transition into the stock cylinder head. It also centers the carburetor under the frame and remains facing forward which is optimal for the best performance gains. This kit eliminates the factory “Push/Pull” throttle and cable so we include our 1/4 turn black anodized billet throttle and standard throttle cable suited for stock bars or tall bars. The included dual layer pod filter fits directly to the carburetor, the factory airbox is not reused.

Jetting – #20 pilot jet and #150 main jet are a good starting point. We recommend pilot jet kit TBW1355 and Main jet kit TBW1353

Note:  The throttle cable should exit the left side of the bike between the split frame (Do not route it under the frame or between the gas tank and frame)
