All products are handcrafted with care, and each phone case can be fully customized to fit your style. Want to change the color or charms? Simply let us know in the order notes, and we'll get in touch with you ASAP.
Please note, small charms may vary slightly as our collection is constantly updated, but we’ll do our best to match the image. After receiving your case, it's best to let it rest for 1-2 days to settle after shipping.
Keep in mind that handmade items might have minor imperfections—perfectionists, please take note! The phonecase needs to dry 48 hours before we can ship it out.
Keep away from moisture
Even though we use waterproof silicone, excess moisture can still damage resin charms. Try to avoid contact with water or high humidity. If it gets wet, gently pat dry and let it air dry completely.
Handle gently
Decoden pieces are sturdy but not indestructible. Avoid dropping or putting too much pressure on them to keep decorations intact.
Clean with care
Use a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Stay away from harsh cleaners or rough scrubbing tools to prevent damage.
Store properly
Keep items in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. Use protective storage to avoid dust and accidental damage.
