Description

Our S/FTP shielded CAT8.1 bulk Ethernet cable is ideal for indoor and outdoor short runs up to 30 meters in length. Primary application is for high performance data centers. Composed of four individually shielded pairs of 23 gauge solid bare copper conductors, with an overall tinned copper braid shield. The CAT8.1 bulk Ethernet cable has an overall LSZH jacket with sequential footage markings so you always know how much it left.

This CAT8 outdoor bulk cable is suitable for 25G networking but has the ability to reach up to 40G speeds. This cable has a conventional 4 pair, 8 conductor wiring configuration. These twisted pairs are individually shielded in order to repel electromagnetic interference (EMI) in electrically noisy environments. They also keep Alien Cross Talk down to prevent from slowing down transmission speeds. Shielding is a vital part of how fast the signal seed is in CAT8 cables. That is why it is important to test the continuity of your shielding to ensure no loss is occurring. This Cat8.1 outdoor cable is sold on a wooden spool of 500 feet.

What sets CAT8 version 1 apart from CAT8 version 2? First CAT8.1 is backwards compatible with the Class I standard RJ45 while CAT8.2 is designed to be compatible with Class II Fa standard connectors. While we still recommend our CAT8 Modular plug to be used with this cable it is compatible with legacy connectors. The structure is also different in the CAT8.1 compared to the 8.2. There is far more shielding and insulation in the 8.2 to reduce interference even further if meeting the max frequencies.

Our solid CAT8.1 outdoor cable has individually shielded pairs (S/FTP), and is quality manufactured to meet and or exceed product certifications which uphold to the new ANSI/TIA-568C-2.D standards.

Additional Information

The Difference Between CAT8.1 and CAT8.2

The international standards ISO and IEC have designated two cabling variants to support 25Gbps and 40Gbps; they are Category 8.1 and Category 8.2. Category 8.1 components are used to construct Class I links which are backward compatible with the RJ45 connector interface for categories 6A, 6 and 5e this is stated in ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173. Category 8.2 components are used to construct Class II links. Category 8.2 components are backward compatible with components used to construct Class F and Class FA links. Category 8.2 connector interfaces ARE NOT BACKWARD COMPATIBLE with standard RJ45 jacks of existing cabling. Don't worry we offer the top CAT8 RJ45 jacks in the industry.

Solid Budget Monitor Arm With a Few Trade‑Offs
    Size: 13"-34", Style: Single Arm
The WALI Single Monitor Mount performs about the same as my VIVO single monitor arm, which was a pleasant surprise given the lower price point. Setup was straightforward, and the gas spring adjustment works well once dialed in. It holds my monitor securely and offers the full range of motion I expected—tilt, swivel, rotation, and height adjustments all function smoothly. That said, the materials and overall build quality do feel a bit cheaper compared to higher‑end arms. It’s not flimsy, but you can tell where costs were saved. If you’re willing to spend roughly 60–70% more, you can definitely get a noticeably sturdier and more refined arm. Still, for a budget option, this one delivers exactly what it promises. Pros - Works just as well as the VIVO arm in terms of functionality - Easy to install with both clamp and grommet options - Gas spring provides good adjustability once set - Excellent value for an entry‑level monitor arm Cons - Materials feel cheaper than premium alternatives - Build quality isn’t as high as more expensive arms Overall As an introductory monitor arm, this is an excellent choice. It does everything the VIVO arm can, just with slightly lower‑end materials. If you’re on a budget or setting up a simple workstation, it’s a great fit. If you want something more robust for long‑term heavy use, spending a bit more will get you a significantly more refined Monitor arm.

Really impressed with this monitor mount. The build quality feels solid and sturdy, especially for the price. It holds the monitor securely with no sagging or wobble, and the adjustability makes it super easy to get the perfect position. It’s been absolutely perfect for my sim racing setup being able to move the screen exactly where I want it made a huge difference in comfort and immersion. Definitely feels like a premium product without the premium price tag.

The installation process was straightforward and didn’t take much time at all—even if you’re not particularly handy, it’s easy to figure out. What really stands out is how flexible the arm is. It adjusts smoothly in multiple directions, making it simple to position my monitor exactly where I want it. Whether I’m working, watching something, or multitasking, the range of motion makes a noticeable difference in comfort and productivity. It’s also very sturdy once set up. My monitor feels secure, and I haven’t experienced any sagging or instability. As a second screen mount, it integrates perfectly with my desk setup and helps keep everything organized and clutter-free.

    Solid Build, Easy Setup
    Size: 17"-49", Style: Single Arm
I picked up two of these mounts — one for my 34" curved LG ultrawide and one for my 30" MSI ultrawide — and both have performed exactly as advertised. Build Quality & Value For the price, this thing is built surprisingly well. It feels solid, looks clean on the desk, and doesn't have that cheap, flimsy feel you'd expect at this price point. Genuinely impressed. Assembly & Installation Setup was straightforward. Everything you need comes in the box. The only tool you'll need to grab yourself is a ½" wrench — have that ready before you start and you'll be done in minutes. Mounting Options Two ways to mount it: clamp-on or through-hole (use an existing grommet hole or drill a new one). Both options feel secure once locked down. Sturdiness & Adjustability Once mounted, the arm holds firm. No drooping, no wobble. Repositioning the monitor is smooth and easy — tilt, swivel, height adjustments all work well even with the larger ultrawide panels. One Thing to Watch The tiny limiting screws ship loosely packed inside the arms. They're small and easy to lose if you're not paying attention when you open the box. Dump the contents carefully over a flat surface before digging in. Bottom Line If you're on the fence about a monitor mount, stop overthinking it and grab this one. It handles large ultrawides without breaking a sweat, installs fast, and won't break the bank. Highly recommended.

    Initial thoughts
    Size: 13"-34", Style: Single Arm
Getting everything set up took a bit of time and patience. The adjustment system wasn’t the most intuitive at first, and I ran into some confusion while trying to dial in the right positioning. However, after working with it for a while, I was able to get it pretty close to exactly how I wanted it. One thing to note is that making very fine adjustments can be a bit tricky. The mount is also slightly wobbly, and it’s fairly easy to bump the monitor out of position if you’re not careful. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of if you prefer a perfectly stable setup. That said, the overall construction feels solid and well-made, and once it’s in place, it does its job effectively. For the price and functionality, it’s a reliable option that gets the job done—even if it takes a little effort to get there.
