Experience robust reliability and expandable storage with the In Win Pedestal Entry Server Chassis. Built for data centers, small businesses, and remote deployments, this pedestal server chassis combines rugged construction with flexible drive configurations and efficient airflow. Crafted from SECC and SGCC steel and finished in black, it is designed to withstand continuous operation while providing easy access for maintenance and upgrades. With ATX and SSI CEB motherboard support, multiple external and internal drive bays, and ample expansion slots, this chassis is prepared to host powerful server setups, storage arrays, and front-end backing storage without compromise.

  • Rugged, durable construction and a professional finish. This pedestal chassis is manufactured from SECC (Steel Electrical Carbon Coated) and galvanized cold rolled steel (SGCC), delivering exceptional rigidity and long-term durability in demanding environments. The black finish not only looks sleek in data centers and offices but also helps conceal dust and fingerprints, maintaining a clean, professional appearance in rack-free environments. The design emphasizes static resistance and robust load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for high-density hardware configurations and mission-critical operations.

Users benefit from a chassis built to withstand vibration and the rigors of constant use, with a sturdy exterior and reinforced internal framing that helps protect sensitive server components from shock during transport and daily operation. The material choice, combined with precision welding and powder-coated finishing, reduces wear, resists corrosion, and ensures reliability over many years of service.

  • Flexible motherboard support: ATX and SSI CEB compatibility for modern servers. The chassis is engineered to accommodate ATX and SSI CEB motherboards, delivering broad compatibility with a wide range of server-grade hardware. This compatibility enables IT teams to deploy widely used server boards with confidence, ensuring access to essential features, robust I/O, and stable electrical connections. The pedestal format is ideal for office basements, cage-free data rooms, or remote facilities where floor space is at a premium, offering a compact, stable platform for performance-critical motherboards.

With support for standard mounting patterns and industry-standard standoffs, installation is straightforward for technicians and resellers. The design also leaves room for future upgrades, including more memory, additional PCIe expansion, or more robust storage controllers, making it a prudent long-term investment for growing workloads.

  • Expansive drive bays: four external 5.25" bays, one external 3.5" bay, and five internal 2.5" bays plus five 2.5"/3.5" hybrid bays. This chassis offers a versatile storage backbone for media servers, backup appliances, or data centers requiring extensive drive capacity. The four external 5.25" bays are ideal for optical drives, redundant hot-swap enclosures, or front-end storage modules, while the single external 3.5" bay supports additional storage or controller hardware. Inside, five 2.5" bays, with an additional set of five 2.5"/3.5" hybrid bays, provide flexible storage options for SSDs and HDDs across a range of performance needs. This configuration enables dense, scalable storage solutions in a single chassis, reducing the need for multiple enclosures or cabinets in compact deployments.

In practice, users can configure high-speed SSD arrays for caching and OS workloads in the internal 2.5" bays while housing larger capacity HDDs in the external bays or internal 3.5" bays for archival or backup tasks. The combination of external and internal bays supports RAID configurations, hot-plug storage, and efficient data access for servers requiring responsive I/O performance.

  • Ample expansion and connectivity: seven PCIe expansion slots and dual USB interfaces. The pedestal chassis provides seven expansion slots to accommodate PCIe cards, NICs, RAID controllers, HBA cards, or graphics adapters as needed by the operating environment. This breadth of expansion ensures that the system can scale with network demands, additional storage, or acceleration hardware such as hardware encryptors or BBU controllers. The 2 x USB ports offer straightforward front-panel or external connections for maintenance, management, or peripheral devices, making on-site configuration and maintenance simpler and faster. The design ensures that essential I/O remains accessible while a compact footprint keeps the installation neat and organized.

Expansion potential extends the chassis into a flexible backbone for virtualization hosts, software-defined storage nodes, or small to mid-sized server clusters. The combination of high-capacity bays and ample expansion slots means IT teams can outfit a single pedestal chassis to handle multiple roles, reducing rack footprint and optimizing space usage in constrained environments.

  • Designed for enterprise reliability and ease of maintenance. The chassis emphasizes reliability and serviceability, with a straightforward interior layout that reduces cable clutter and simplifies component access. The pedestal form factor is deliberately chosen for ease of integration into stand-alone rooms or facilities without the need for racks, making it ideal for office basements, server closets, or remote sites where management and service staffing may be limited. The combination of durable materials, ample drive bays, and robust expansion options results in a dependable platform for operating systems, virtualization, and storage services.

Maintenance considerations include accessible drive bays, clean cable routing paths, and a layout that minimizes the risk of accidental disconnections. This thoughtful design helps reduce downtime during upgrades or troubleshooting, ensuring that technicians can complete maintenance tasks quickly and with minimal disturbance to ongoing operations.

How to install in-win-pedestal-entry-server-chassis

Step 1: Prepare and inspect - Clear a clean workspace and verify all included components. Ensure you have a compatible ATX or SSI CEB motherboard, appropriate power supply, and the required drive modules to fit the chassis' external and internal bays. Confirm that your area has proper ventilation for server-grade hardware and access to adequate power. This step helps prevent missing components or compatibility issues during the build.

Step 2: Install motherboard standoffs and mount the board - Position the motherboard inside the chassis, align mounting holes with the standoffs, and secure with screws. Tighten evenly to avoid warping. Connect essential power, data, and management cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, SATA/SAS connectors, and fans) while keeping cables organized to maximize airflow and maintain accessibility for future upgrades.

Step 3: Install drives and drive rails - Prepare the 2.5" and 3.5" drive bays with the appropriate carriers or rails if required. Install SSDs or HDDs into the internal bays for operating system and storage, using anti-vibration screws if provided to minimize drive noise and vibration. If mounting 5.25" external bays, attach front-facing drive modules or hot-swap enclosures as needed to maintain a clean exterior appearance and easy access.

Step 4: Connect power and data cables - Route power cables from the PSU to the motherboard, drives, and expansion cards. Connect data cables (SATA/SAS) to the drive backplanes and controllers, ensuring proper routing to minimize obstruction for airflow. Double-check connections and secure them to prevent disconnection during operation or maintenance. Manage cables using ties or velcro to improve airflow and serviceability.

Step 5: Final checks and power on - Verify that all components are seated correctly, mounts are secure, and there is unobstructed airflow. Plug in the power and boot the system to confirm POST and BIOS settings. Check drive recognition and run a basic diagnostics test to ensure health status and expected performance. If any issues arise, reseat components or consult the motherboard and chassis manuals for troubleshooting guidance.

Gorgeous in person!
Color: White & Black, Size: 51"x67", Color: White & Black, Size: 51"x67"
This throw is gorgeous! Quality and elegance fill the room. It is well made and looks exactly like the photo and description. Has the black tips which is what I needed to bring my chair to life. It has a soft lining against your skin and i really didn't have to do much when I removed it from its packaging. It was nice and fluffy and looked beautiful draped on my chair. Many reviews said to shake it to bring flattened fur fluffy again but not on this one. I really love the black shading on it, its just enough. Beautifully packaged and arrived next day! Doesn't get too much better than this!

DO NOT PUT IN DRYER
Color: Cream&grey, Size: 60"x80"
Very soft, very comfortable, very warm, sheds a lot at first. 9/10 for initial impression. So how do you wash it? The instructions say take it to a professional dry cleaner which costs more than the blanket, so that option is out. I've been looking everywhere and everyone says something different, I've ruined two blankets trying to figure it out how to clean them. DO NOT PUT IN YOUR DRYER WITH HEAT, EVER, PERIOD. I ruined my second blanket by putting it in the dryer for just 7 minutes on 'delicate' heat, just don't do it. Even using no heat in the dryer will cause the material to become slightly more abrasive after each cycle. MACHINELESS AIR DRY ONLY. The faux fur has an insanely low fraying point and even getting it moderately warm causes it to become abrasive and have a harsh tangled 'dog blanket' feel to it that is permanent. COLD WASH ONLY ON DELICATE. This seems to have little to no effect on the quality of the blanket. Use high quality detergent with little to no additives for delicates and a laundry bag. Fabric softeners are a big NO, they will shorten the life of your blanket substantially. For colors, The Cream and Grey and Yellow and Grey are very nice and picture accurate. The Camal was far darker than the images would have you believe and it has a greenish copper tint to it. The Ivory looks awful with how they brushed the tips.
