Our rye range includes light rye breads like the bloomer shaped Kessler or the round Franken loaf or at the darker end of the rye range we have the Bavarian Dark and the unique 100 percent Rye, which is wonderful with cheese. Also in this range we have our Sweet and Sour and our Caraway loaf which is a light rye with caraway seeds and our Russian Bloomer which is made with rye flour, rye meal and wheat.
