The Experimental dental program is a surfboard model that Alex Knost has been working on over the last 12 months. Stemming from regular trips down to mainland Mexico hunting perfect point breaks. This model came about from Alex working to dial down a performance-based board with a recognisable BMT outline.

The Dental features belly channels under the front foot that flattens the rocker slightly in the middle of the board and a V-planning surface which allows you to move forward on the board and excel down the line. Stemming from his work on bonzers the latest Dental have the Twinzer fin setup that sits on the tail channels giving the board drive and speed out of turns.

The Twinzer creates a super responsive feeling under the foot which allows you to turn tight in the face of the wave and the ability to go straight off the lip. Giving the looseness of a twin, the twinzer canards give just that little bit more hold at the end of your turns, letting you push them just that bit harder.
