Carrying with you all day long around your wrist or neck staying aligned even off your mat and in your life.

With your pointer finger facing away from you, lay the Mala over your middle, ring and pinky finger locate the first bead after the Guru Bead or Pendant. Your hand should be aligned with the Heart Chakra center. Take in a deep inhale and exhale while chanting the mantra or affirmation of choice.
