In addition to the Flower of Life, the cylinders are also etched with the Moon Phases, which represents the cyclical nature of life and the constant ebb and flow of the universe. The combination of the Flower of Life and Moon Phase symbols creates a captivating visual display.
Suggestions for Use
- Sit comfortably.
- Hold the shungite rod in your left hand. This is the "yin harmonizer" and connects with the flow of lunar/female energy.
- Hold the soapstone rod in your right hand. This is the "yang harmonizer" and connects with the flow of solar/male energy.
- Sit in a relaxed pose with legs uncrossed. While holding the cylinders, place your hands on your knees, keeping the cylinders parallel.
- Close your eyes, clear your mind, and notice whatever sensations come to you. The length of the session will vary with each individual, but start with three to five minutes, gradually working up to 10 to 15 minutes. You will likely feel the effects of the “recharging” and harmonization for a couple of days.
- It is suggested to use the cylinders twice a day (morning and evening) for two weeks, followed by a break of one month.
