The Shaka Badge
Bring the Spirit of Aloha to Your Rig.
Infused with the tropical vibes of Hawaii, our Shaka Badge allows you to effortlessly embody the spirit of Aloha wherever the trail takes you. Whether you're cruising the coast or climbing a mountain pass, this badge is a reminder to hang loose. Every piece is intricately designed and assembled right here in-house at our shop in Boise, Idaho.
Why You’ll Love It:
-
🚚 Free Shipping: A touch of paradise delivered to your door with zero shipping costs.
-
Superior Durability: Unlike 3D-printed or cheap plastic alternatives, our sturdy injection-molded design is built to withstand the harshest elements without warping or degrading.
-
Handcrafted Quality: Proudly Made in the USA using premium materials for a durable, weather-resistant finish.
-
Universal Fit: Designed to mount to almost any mesh or slotted grille.
-
In-House Design: Exclusive Taco Vinyl geometry that you won't find anywhere else.
📋 Specifications:
-
Dimensions: 4" Length x 2.5" Height.
-
Construction: Heavy-duty injection-molded body with Acrylic accents.
-
Hardware: 2-inch mounting bolt included for a secure fit (Custom hardware available for newer models).
-
Origin: Hand-assembled in Boise, Idaho.
🛠 Installation & Fitment:
-
Easy Setup: Mounts in minutes! Check out our [Easy Installation Video here] for a step-by-step guide.
-
Grille Compatibility: Works with most aftermarket and factory grilles. Just ensure the "mesh" or "slat" thickness is under 2 inches so the backing plate can cinch down securely.
-
Quality Note: Because these are authentic injection-molded pieces, natural dimpling may occur on the face of the diamond. We take great pride in our process to mitigate this as much as possible for a premium finish.
-
⚠️ Newer Models: If you are mounting this on a 2024+ Tacoma, 2025+ 4Runner, 2022+ Tundra, or 2023+ Sequoia, please specify your vehicle in the "Notes" section at checkout so we can ensure you get the right hardware for your specific grille.
Shipping & Policies:
-
Lead Time: Please allow 1–4 business days for processing as inventory permits.
-
