- Effortlessly prepare large quantities of soup, stew, and sauce quickly and efficiently with the EL-100 100-Gallon Electric Tri-Leg Stationary Kettle.
- Boost production even during your busiest times with a massive 100-gallon capacity. This electric kettle is perfect for large restaurants and other commercial operations because of its ability to quickly heat up large volumes of liquid.
- The EL-100 steam kettle operates on an electrically powered self-generating closed steam system. The lower 2/3 of the unit feature a steam jacket design. Distilled water is contained within the double walled system and gets heated to evenly cook contents inside the kettle. This method eliminates hot spots that are common when using a stock pot and range.
- This heavy-duty kettle is NSF certified and extremely durable. It’s constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish that’s guaranteed to stand up in high traffic kitchens.
- The liner of this model is made from 316 stainless steel to protect against the effects of cooking with highly acidic contents. It features a counterbalanced stainless steel domed lid and is mounted on three stainless steel legs with holes that can secure it to the floor.
- The EL-100 has a temperature range of 165°F to 285°F that gets controlled through an integrated thermostat.

I absolutely love this shelf. It's perfect over our coffee bar and is extremely sturdy. Assembling it was very easy, but hanging it was challenging. The design could definitely use a little improvement. My husband had to order an angles drill adapter to be able to get the screws in. He also bought different anchors than what came with it. But now that it's up it looks fantastic!

Kind of obsessed!
